Pragmatike set out to transform how companies hire remote tech specialists, with a bold promise:

  • Match businesses with top IT talent in as little as 48 hours. Access a global network of 10,000+ professionals across 60+ countries.

  • Employ a human-first vetting process not just algorithmic screening.

Yet, despite these ambitions, Pragmatike’s brand identity and digital presence didn’t reflect the magnitude of its promise. Specifically:

  • The visual identity felt disconnected from the speed and precision of their service.

  • The user experience lacked the clarity and simplicity one would expect from a tech-forward talent platform.

  • Brand touch-points (marketing, platform UI, communication) were inconsistent, diluting trust among both clients and candidates.

    Discovery & Positioning

    We mapped out Pragmatike’s unique value: rapid hiring, global reach, high-quality talent, and deeply human vetting.

    We audited the competitive talent-tech landscape and identified a positioning window: “Hire global remote tech talent fast, with real-people quality.”

    We aligned language and tone to reflect both sides of the platform: the business hiring, and the specialist joining.

    Developed a modern color palette: a base of trustworthy neutrals + energetic accent color emulating speed and global connectivity.

    Defined typography, iconography and visual language that could scale across digital, print and global marketing materials.
